The FotonShield LC Cassette is a high-performance fiber termination module designed for efficient splicing, patching, and fiber management in data centers, telecom networks, and enterprise environments. Preloaded with 12 LC/UPC pigtails and 3 x LC/UPC Quad Adapters, this cassette ensures low insertion loss and excellent optical performance for high-speed multimode fiber applications, supporting 10G, 40G, 100G, and beyond Ethernet networks. Built with OM5 multimode fiber, this cassette supports wideband multimode transmission and enables higher speeds and longer distances than OM3 and OM4 fibers, making it ideal for high-bandwidth applications, including short-range optical interconnects and high-density fiber networks. The compact, modular design allows for easy integration into high-density rack-mounted systems, while the UL-94 V0 flame-retardant ABS + PC housing ensures durability and safety in challenging network environments.
